Our certified technicians read the label for each product and only apply in accordance with the label because the label is the law. Each product is approved by the EPA. In short, most pesticides that we use are safe for both pets and children once dry. We practice integrated pest management, meaning we will first look for other means of pest management to try to solve an issue before jumping straight to pesticides or rodenticides. We will always communicate what we plan to apply in your home and where we plan to apply it. Some customers want zero pesticides; some want much of their home to be treated. We leave it up to the customers as long as it’s in accordance with the label.
This is a difficult question to answer without seeing the property and inspecting the pest issue at hand. I often give approximate price ranges over the phone but won’t give a final quote before seeing firsthand what’s going on. Sorry!

I probably have never used the product and therefore don’t know its effectiveness. If you want to try one of those products, we ask that you read the label of the product before applying. The public causes 95% of misapplications of pesticides annually. If you apply something before calling us, please let us know what product, the amount applied, and where you applied! It could affect our treatments.
